2023 Region Conference Roundup

We hope you enjoyed an inspiring, informative and engaging region conference! View highlights and photos to see some of the fun.

Live Your Dream Awards Application Updates

The 2022-2023 club year was another incredible year of impact for the Live Your Dream Awards! Just like you, headquarters staff is always looking for ways to improve the program and better support your club. After surveying region leaders we made the following updates to the Live Your Dream Awards application:

  • added questions to ensure the applicant is the financial head of household

  • made the second reference form optional

  • changed the budget section so that applicants must explain any zeros for expenses and must indicate if their expenses/income are monthly, annual or other.

These changes will ensure applicants provide the right information so that clubs can evaluate their applications and reduce barriers for applicants.

Inaugural Leadership Development Opportunities—A Success!

Thank you to our current and inspiring leaders who attended our recent Leadership Round Table (LRT) and Soroptimist Leadership Fellows Program. These events were educational, inspiring and fun! We look forward to welcoming all members to join us for next year’s LRT and celebrating the first graduating class of the Fellows Program in Bellevue, Washington!

Is your club following the Club Roadmap? We hope so! Next month we will be recognizing clubs for their outstanding work throughout the 2022-2023 year as noted on our Club Roadmap Metrics. More information will soon be shared about how these metrics will be tied to our other club recognition. Keep an eye on your inbox!
