  • Opening Friendship General Session and Reception: Kick-off convention in your local cultural attire and enjoy live entertainment, greetings from our leaders and the Salute to Nations flag ceremony.  

  • Denim and Diamonds Dance Party: Get the party started and hit the dance floor while a DJ spins fun tunes.

  • Volunteer Recognition Closing Gala: Satellite party or in person, shine bright in your formal attire for dinner, live entertainment and a celebration dedicated to honoring members.

  • Congratulations to clubs celebrating a milestone anniversary during the month of April! 

  • Be sure to share your accomplishments and report your club’s Big Goal Accelerator Projects by June 30! Not sure if your project is eligible? Consult our What Counts handout or email program@soroptimist.org.

  • The Dream It, Be It reporting deadline is June 30. Please be sure to report your hard work so it can be counted toward the Big Goal progress!

  • The ballot to elect SIA’s 2024-2025 President-elect is now open through May 2. Links to the electronic ballot were sent to clubs in good standing. Resumes and videos for both candidates can be found here.
