Club Roadmap Recognition Deadlines
We would love to recognize the great work your club is doing to help Soroptimist reach its Big Goal of investing in the dreams of half a million women and girls through access to education!
One way we assess your success is by using the Club Roadmap Metrics.
To help you provide the data we need, here are the dates for the upcoming recognition period, deadlines and important links.
Program Recognition Period: July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023
Participation in Live Your Dream: Education and Training Awards for Women
Reports were due on February 15, 2023, for this recognition period.
Participation in Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls.
Submit report by June 30, 2023: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/QQXCZ2Q.
Reported your club’s Big Goal Accelerator Projects.
Submit report by June 30, 2023: https://form.jotform.com/210685659585067.
Membership Recognition Period: June 1, 2022 - May 31, 2023
Achieved an 85% or better retention rate.
Ensure Form 5010: Membership Information Change, Transfer or Termination 2022-2023 is submitted for club members and shared with SIA Headquarters by May 31, 2023.
Added new members to your club.
Ensure Form 5008: New Member Enrollment/Reinstatement 2022-2023 is submitted for club members and shared with SIA Headquarters by May 31, 2023.
Fundraising Recognition Period: July 1, 2022 - May 31, 2023
Contribute at least 10% of funds raised locally to Club Giving.
Recognition is based on July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023
Donate Founders Pennies for every member in support of our federation programs.
Recognition is based on June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2023
Ensure Financial Transaction Form is received by SIAHQ by May 31, 2023. Please send all checks to our Lockbox address, which is listed at the top of the form. If your club is giving 10% of funds raised locally, please make sure to check the box on the form so that you can be recognized as such.
