Clubs Are Benefitting From the Dream Big Campaign

I hope you had a chance to see Chair Diane Thompson’s story about why she is so inspired to invest in Soroptimist’s Big Goal and Dream Big Campaign. Having worked so closely with Diane over the past four years, I can attest to her passion and dedication to the growth of our organization.

When SIA leadership worked alongside members to develop the funding objectives of the Dream Big Campaign, we knew that we wanted its funds to support our members and clubs, women and girls, and modernization of our technology.

SI/Rosario (Philippines Region) is just one example of a club that has benefitted from the Dream Big Campaign by receiving a club grant. Their Big Goal Accelerator project, BABAE (Bigger Aspirations and Bolder Attempts Through Empowerment), allowed women who weren’t chosen for a Live Your Dream Award to receive scholarships and pursue further education.

Read more here about SI/Rosario’s project, as well as another club that benefitted from a Soroptimist club grant.

As you can see, Dream Big Campaign funds have already been put to work in meaningful ways. But there is much more to do. In order to keep supporting members and clubs to reach the Big Goal by 2031, we need to rally together for the Dream Big Campaign and invest heavily in securing SIA's future. We are asking all members to unite in this moment and help us Close the Gap by August 31 with a gift to the Dream Big Campaign that will have a lasting and vital impact!

Thank you in advance for the role you’ve played in helping Soroptimist reach a half million women and girls.

In Soroptimist Friendship,

Erica Cheslock
Director of Donor Relations
