Customizable Logo Use Guidelines for Clubs & Regions
Why Logo Consistency Matters
Customizing the Soroptimist Logo While Staying on Brand
A strong, unified visual identity helps Soroptimist International of the Americas to increase recognition, build trust and expand its reach. Consistent use of the Soroptimist logo strengthens our global presence and ensures that all communications clearly connect back to our organization.
When logos are altered or recreated, it can create confusion and weaken the overall brand. Consistency is key. When used correctly, the logo helps audiences instantly recognize Soroptimist—often before they read a single word.
Official Logo Use
All regions and clubs must use the official Soroptimist “S” logo in its approved format.
Do:
Use the official logo provided by SIA
Include the trademark symbol as shown
Use approved brand colors and fonts
Apply the logo consistently across all materials and communications
Do Not:
Alter, recreate or modify the logo in any way
Change colors or fonts outside of approved brand styles
Add elements or additional graphics
Create separate or alternative logos that don’t clearly connect to Soroptimist
Customize With Your Region or Club Name
To maintain consistency worldwide, regions and clubs should not create their own logo designs.
Instead, your name should be added to the official logo in a standardized format. SIA has developed a customizable logo option specifically for regions and clubs. This will:
Allow you to include your region or club name
Maintain a consistent, professional look
Reduce the need for workarounds or unofficial designs
This model is widely used by global organizations such as Rotary International, Girl Scouts, United Way Worldwide, and Special Olympics—balancing local identity with global brand consistency.
Consistent use of our official logo strengthens recognition, builds trust, and positions Soroptimist as a unified global organization.
