SIA Relief Package: Key Information
During their recent meeting, the SIA Board of Directors approved the use of Disaster Funds to assist clubs in covering the mandatory convention club fee for the 49th Biennial Convention in Incheon, South Korea
Key Dates:
January 1, 2026: An $825 mandatory convention fee invoice will be sent to all club emails.
January 2–February 15: Applications open for clubs to request relief funds.
January 2–March 2: SIAHQ staff reviews applications and notify clubs of their final status.
March 15: Mandatory convention club fee payments are due.
March 16: A 10% late fee will be applied to any accounts with unpaid fees.
April 1: Clubs that have not paid by this date will be notified that they are at risk of losing their club charter.
