#TechTalks: Dues Renewal Season
WOW! Thank you to the many clubs who have successfully paid their dues for the year--we see you, we appreciate you, and we are so impressed by your positive attitudes and tech savviness.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you still need support with the dues process. The Dues Portal remains open to Club Leaders, Admins and Region Office Staff.
Important Dates:
An automatic late fee of $50 will be applied to all unpaid invoices on August 1.
A second automatic late fee of $100 will be applied to all unpaid invoices on September 1.
If payment, including any applicable late fees, is not received by October 1, 2025, your club’s charter will be forfeited per federation policy.
Reminders:
Members: Confirm your club leaders have a valid, unique email address for you on record.
Club Leaders, Admins and Region Office Staff: Throughout the year, plan to add new members within 60 days of joining your club! You will not be able to backdate a new member to a previous club year, so please enter your new members as soon as they join.
