How to Export & Print Your Roster
As part of our 2025 Portal Enhancements Project, Club Leaders can now run a report to see their active roster and export it to Excel.
We’ve created a new step-by-step guide to walk you through How to Export & Print My Club Roster.

Dues Renewal Season
Thanks to all the clubs who have already paid their dues!
A few things to keep in mind:
Automated emails will be sent to clubs with unpaid balances.
If you’ve paid by check or wire, please allow extra time for processing.
If you’re receiving payment reminder emails in error, email siahq@soroptimist.org and we’ll look into it.
Need help with the dues process? The Dues Portal is still open to Club Leaders, Admins, and Region Office Staff.
Important Dates:
August 1 – A $50 late fee was added to all unpaid invoices.
September 1 – An additional $100 late was added to all unpaid invoices.
October 1, 2025 – If payment (including late fees) is not received, your club’s charter will be forfeited per federation policy.
Reminders:
Members – Make sure your club leaders have a valid, unique email address for you on file.
Club Leaders, Admins & Region Office Staff – Add new members within 60 days of joining your club. You can’t backdate new members to a previous club year.
