  • On May 6, we will institute a “freeze” while we complete our data migration process. During the “freeze” members will not have access to the old or new portal. Any urgent changes will be directed to our SET team via a support case form.

On June 3, we will launch to club presidents and treasurers with a training webinar (#TechTalks Learning Labs) on how to access the portal, update your roster and pay dues. A supplementary webinar will be hosted on June 17, offering live support to club leaders during our busy dues season.

Starting in July and August, we will launch to all members with additional #TechTalks Learning Labs introducing members to new features and support resources.

  • The Member Portal IS your new member website. It is your direct line to SIA Headquarters—your go-to for club support, exclusive resources and your connection to our global Soroptimist network.

As part of our tech Ttransformation plan, we will continue to develop the Member Portal in phases to create a better digital experience for all members in all of our six federation languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Chinese). This includes building a searchable library of member resources in all languages.

Additionally, we are planning a Website Redesign Project to build a new public-facing website to promote our global impact and engage new supporters and funding partners.

  • SIA is launching a series of tech transformation projects to improve member engagement, enhance program sustainability and scale our impact. These projects include:

    • Database Conversion

    • Member Portal Development

    • Marketing Platform Conversion

    • Website Redesign

We are building a more secure, streamlined, and integrated technical infrastructure to bring SIA into the future. Our core platform is hosted on Salesforce.

  • With direction from our international board of directors, SIA is leveraging funds raised through our Dream Big Campaign to invest in our technical infrastructure.

The purpose of SIA’s Dream Big Campaign is to ensure Soroptimist on every level is prepared to thrive in our next century and meet our audacious goals to impact half a million women and girls.

Improving our technical infrastructure is critical to increasing our capacity for program sustainability.

Fellow Soroptimist Diane Thompson said it best when she said, “I know that we need to invest in ourselves to make this happen because we can't do things the same way we do today and expect a different outcome.”
