Recap: 2026 Leadership Round Table (LRT)
Thank You to Leaders and Attendees
Thank you to all the leaders who joined us for the 2026 Leadership Round Table! Attendees gained insights from keynote speaker Lisa Arendell, The Connection Coach, on leading across generations, cultures and change.
Participants also explored the Member and Leader Code of Conduct Process, the roles of secretaries and treasurers, and strategies for strengthening clubs and regions through engagement.
Thank you to everyone who helped make LRT a valuable learning experience! If you participated, we’d love to hear from you—please take a moment to complete our short survey and share your feedback. Mark your calendars for next year’s LRT on June 22, 2027!
Congratulations to the Japan Minami Region for meeting their registration goal and winning the Leadership Challenge!

Changes to Mandatory Club Convention Fee
We heard the feedback many of you shared regarding the price of the Mandatory Convention Club Fee, and the board has approved changes to the Mandatory Convention Club Fee that should greatly alleviate the financial burden on clubs, as well as changes to the General Business Meeting itself.
