Thank you for an incredible year! Together, Soroptimist clubs reached more than 64,000 women and girls, bringing us closer than ever to our Big Goal of reaching 500,000 women and girls through access to education by 2031.
Let’s celebrate what we have accomplished:

A total of 205,063 women and girls since 2021, which is 41% of our 500,000 goal! If we keep up this year’s pace for the next five years, we won’t just reach our Big Goal. We will surpass it!

New Region Targets
Starting in the 2026–27 club year, each region has one overall target: the total number of women and girls reached across all our programs. We will track women served through the Live Your Dream Awards® and Big Goal Accelerator Projects, and girls reached through Dream It, Be It® and Big Goal Accelerator Projects, which all count toward that number. We will also continue to measure the impact across all our programs and our overall cumulative impact.
Each region’s target is the number of women and girls it reached in 2025–26. This approach gives clubs the flexibility to grow in the ways that best fit their budgets and communities.
Our Dream Programs keep us on track.
To reach the Big Goal, we need to match this year’s numbers every year, and that starts with our signature programs. We ask every club to keep its number of Live Your Dream Awards recipients and Dream It, Be It participants at least as strong as this year, and to grow them whenever possible. These programs are at the heart of Soroptimist’s work and the impact we’re known for.
Big Goal Accelerator Projects are a powerful way to reach even more women and girls on top of that strong foundation. These projects provide more flexibility in club work and are going to be key to helping us achieve our Big Goal.
If every region meets its target each year through 2030–31, together we will reach and surpass our Big Goal. Keep your Dream Programs strong, look for new ways to grow, and let’s keep moving dreams forward!
