Club Roadmap Reporting Deadlines
As we evolve our technology at SIA, our database and reporting functions are also transitioning, affecting our usual timeline for recognitions. See this Technology Transformation Project Update which notes the phases we are working through to get to the point where we can provide the recognition and feedback we know you all deserve.
In the meantime, know your contributions are invaluable! Your work is essential to achieving our goals, and your dedication does not go unnoticed. Continue using the Club Roadmap Metrics and share your club’s data using the following links, noting the listed deadlines.
IMPACT
Participating in Live Your Dream: Education and Training Awards for Women® and increasing the number of women who receive an award.
-Reports were due on February 15, 2025.
Participating in Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls® and increasing the number of girls reached by the program.
-Submit report by June 30, 2025.
Reporting your club’s Big Goal Accelerator Projects and increasing the number of women and girls reached.
-Submit report by June 30, 2025.
ENGAGEMENT
Achieve an 85% or better retention rate.
-Ensure Form 5010: Membership Information Change, Transfer or Termination 2024-2025 is submitted for club members and shared with SIA Headquarters by May 31, 2025.
Add new members to your club.
-Ensure Form 5008: New Member Enrollment/Reinstatement 2024-2025 is submitted for club members and shared with SIA Headquarters by May 31, 2025.
Have 10% of your club members attend the Leadership Round Table.
-Encourage member to register before the event on June 24, 2025.
PHILANTHROPY
Contribute at least 10% of funds raised locally to Club Giving in support of our federation programs.
-Submit donations by June 30, 2025
Donate Founders Pennies for every member ($6.24) in support of our federation programs.
-Submit donations by June 30, 2025
