Dues Season Updates

The end of the club year is approaching and with that, dues season is nearly here! SIA annual dues have a new due date of July 31. Club presidents, treasurers, and administrators can login to the member portal to pay the 26/27 club dues starting July 1, 2026.

With SIA’s transition to Salesforce, several dues-related processes will be automated and date-driven. One key date is when new dues pricing will be added to the database for a given club year. Since June 30th marks the end of the club year, July 1st is now the date on which new dues pricing will be updated. July 1st marks the beginning of the new club year and will also be the first opportunity for clubs to pay their dues for the new club year. Annual dues will now be due by July 31st moving forward, and Section C. 6. Fees in SIA’s Procedures will now read as follows:

 REVISED LANGUAGE

Annual dues are payable on or before July 31. Clubs that have not remitted their dues by August 1 will be immediately assessed a late fee of $50.USD. Clubs that have not remitted their dues by September 1 will be immediately assessed with an additional late fee of $100. For a total of $150.USD if dues are not remitted by September 1. Those clubs whose dues are not received by October 1 will have their club charter forfeited on November 1. Annual dues/fees paid to SIA headquarters are non-refundable.

It’s almost time to prepare for dues submission for the upcoming club year!

While the online payment portal officially opens on July 1, our team is already working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and efficient process for you.

How You Can Prepare Now

  • These helpful How-To videos are available to guide club leaders through the portal.

  • Practice logging in to your portal account now to ensure you have the right login and password. If you need help, please email us at SIAHQ@soroptimist.org

  • Collect valid email addresses for every member on your roster. Each member must have a unique, valid email address to complete their profile and ensure your roster is fully validated.

  • Ensure the members will continue their membership. If they terminate and then return in the 2026-2027 club year, they will have to return as a new member and pay a new member fee.
