SIA Portal Info

SIA’s Member Portal is in its first phase of a major makeover. Due to the volume of support requests, only club leaders are permitted to log in to the portal to manage club dues and update the club roster at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve your digital experience.

In this Learning Hub, you can find FAQs, Video Demos and How-To Guides to support you as we learn new technology together.

***only Club Presidents, Treasurers and Admins have permission to log in to the portal at this time ***

Your feedback will determine what new tools and resources land on this page.

Email siahq@soroptimist.org.

We do not expect to get everything right. Let us know! What roadblocks are you facing? What features would you like to see?

You are our greatest partners in this journey. Together, we’ll take Soroptimist into the future and build a foundation to sustain our mission and programs.

We are releasing portal invitations in waves to ensure our support staff can best assist Club Leaders during Dues-Paying Season.

We are currently experiencing a heavy volume of support requests from Club Leaders needing to pay dues in the portal. This support volume will determine when we can release the next wave of invitations, we estimate Late Fall.

We promise there are no secrets behind the curtain :) The ONLY thing to do in the Member Portal at this point in time is edit the club roster and pay dues. All Member Resources can still be found on our SIA Website: Member Resources.

    1. Search your inbox and spam folder for an email from siahq@soroptimist.org with the subject line "Welcome to the Member Portal"

    2. Ensure siahq@soroptimist.org is added to your safe sender list. This differs based on email provider (ex. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook). Here is a google search list of resources for "How to add an email to my safe sender list"

    3. If you still cannot locate your email invitation, try resetting your password. NOTE: This will only work for Club Presidents, Treasurers and Admins at this time.

    1. Check to ensure the email address is accurate.

    2. Check to ensure their leadership affiliation status is CURRENT.

    3. Direct the new officer to reset their password.

  • Fear not, there is a simple fix for this. Simply Zoom Out on your browser so the screen-flow fits within your window view. You should see a blue button.

If this trick doesn't work, contact siahq@soroptimist.org.

  • No. You will no longer need to memorize your 6 digit Club ID # to log in to the Member Portal.

All members will need a unique, valid email address to access the portal.

  • Salesforce was selected as the foundation of our tech stack after a thorough research and vetting process. Supported by SIA's Dream Big Campaign fund, Salesforce will drive a series of tech transformation projects to meet our complex needs as both a global membership association and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The platform offers seamless integration, streamlining operations while supporting multi-language functionality for our six federation languages. With Salesforce, we'll modernize our approach, strengthen relationships with members and donors, build new partnerships, and scale our global impact.

  • Learning Labs are webinars hosted by SIA to coach members on how to navigate the NEW! Member Portal and gain new technical skills.

The new portal is scheduled to launch in Summer 2024 to club officers instrumental to the dues renewal process.

We look forward to hosting a series of webinars to introduce new portal features, present How-To demos, and train leaders on how to manage your club membership online.

  • The Member Portal is just the beginning of a series of releases in the development of your new Member Website.

It will be your direct line to Headquarters—your go-to for club support, exclusive resources and your connection to our global Soroptimist network.

Currently, you can still access all Member Resources from the soroptimist.org website.

As part of our Tech Transformation plan, we will continue to develop the Member Portal in phases to create a better digital experience for all members in all of our six federation languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Chinese). This includes building a searchable library of Member Resources in all languages.

Additionally, we are planning a Website Redesign Project to build a new public-facing website to promote our global impact and engage new supporters and funding partners.

  • SIA is launching a series of tech transformation projects to improve member engagement, enhance program sustainability and scale our impact. These projects include:

    • Database Conversion

    • Member Portal Development

    • Marketing Platform Conversion

    • Website Redesign

We are building a more secure, streamlined, and integrated technical infrastructure to bring SIA into the future. Our core platform is hosted on Salesforce.

  • With direction from our international Board of Directors, SIA is leveraging funds raised through our Dream Big Campaign to invest in our technical infrastructure.

The purpose of SIA’s Dream Big Campaign is to ensure Soroptimist on every level is prepared to thrive in our next century and meet our audacious goals to impact half a million women and girls.

Improving our technical infrastructure is critical to increasing our capacity for Program Sustainability.

Fellow Soroptimist Diane Thompson said it best when she said, “I know that we need to invest in ourselves to make this happen because we can't do things the same way we do today and expect a different outcome.”

  • Data Security was one of the top reasons we migrated databases. Through multi-factor authentication, your login process will be more secure than ever before. To better understand how your data is used, pleas review SIA’s Privacy Policy.

  • Believe it or not, SIA Headquarters Staff are processing dues on a regular basis.

The dues process for a global organization is complex. This online portion is just one piece of the puzzle.

With the help of technology, we aim to empower members to manage their own club business so we can focus valuable staff AND member time on mission-focused work.

The more time we spend processing paperwork, the less time we have to scale our collective impact.

We are thrilled to see so many Club Leaders taking steps to learn and grow along with us as we work to sustain our legacy into the future.
