Member Resource Library - We're currently in the discovery phase of building a centralized hub for all your organizational resources. Right now, we're evaluating competitive vendors and software solutions to find the best fit for our needs. This searchable library will make it easier to find training materials, templates, program resources, and guides—putting everything you need at your fingertips. We're taking a rigorous approach to this project, carefully identifying requirements based on member needs and working closely with our project team to ensure we're choosing a sustainable and scalable solution.
Marketing Platform Migration - We're transitioning to a more robust marketing platform that will improve your experience with our communications. This upgrade means you'll receive more relevant, personalized content tailored to your interests and needs, with fewer irrelevant emails cluttering your inbox. We're following a thorough project management process—defining clear requirements and collaborating with developers to negotiate a scope that balances functionality with feasibility.

Following the smooth launch of database enhancements, club administrators leveraged new portal features, including printable rosters, accessible invoices, and enhanced permissions for region office staff, to support clubs during the dues renewal process.
We are eager to work on the next wave of projects on our technology roadmap with two significant initiatives:
Member Resource Library: We're transforming how members access organizational resources. Our goal is to create an intuitive, searchable hub for training materials, templates, program resources, and guides.
Marketing Platform Migration: Our marketing tools are transitioning to a more robust platform that will deliver better email performance, enhanced analytics, and improved automation.
