Changes for SIA’s Club and Region Insurance Program
SIA Headquarters is pleased to announce we are now working with Arthur J. Gallagher (Gallagher) as our insurance broker for all our club and region insurance programs beginning April 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027 policy year. For any insurance needs where clubs or regions previously contacted Pacific Ag Insurance, Gallagher is now your insurance service provider and contact.
To assist clubs/regions with any questions or concerns regarding insurance coverage, there will be two service centers to ensure you will be able to contact Gallagher close to your time zone.
Clubs in the following states will utilize the Gallagher service center in California:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Contacting Your Service Manager
Please contact your service center manager:
Prior to signing any contract for club events. Client service managers can assist with understanding any liabilities or risks in the contract and how your club can mitigate them.
At least 30-45 days prior to submit a Special Event Application for any of the following events, which require additional insurance:
500 or more attendees
The club will sell alcohol and the event isn’t hosted at a hotel, bar, restaurant, or catering facility with its own liquor liability insurance.
Any event that is on the list of policy exclusions.
SIA, Gallagher and our insurance underwriters at Philadelphia Insurance currently are reviewing the club liability insurance policy that begins on April 1. As soon as the policy is finalized, the updated certificate of insurance will be available.

Please note: SIA will no longer host the certificate of insurance on our website. Gallagher hosts a certificate request platform, with typical turnaround of 24 hours. If you need the certificate sooner than 24 hours, please note that on your request form. To request a certificate of insurance:

Review and download instructions on filling out a request for a certificate of insurance
Download and fill out the request for certificate of insurance form
Email the completed request form to Certrequests@ajg.com and cc your Service Center Manager on the email to ensure any questions are quickly handled.
Coming soon is a fully updated resource to help your club understand what coverage is available through the 2026/2027 club liability plan, as well as other optional coverage your club should consider. You will find this on the club administration page of the SIA website when it is finalized. In the meantime, reach out to your Gallagher service center with any questions.
