Time to Update Your Club Roster
It’s almost time to prepare for dues submission for the upcoming club year! While the online payment portal officially opens on July 1, our team is already working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and efficient process for you.
These helpful How-To videos are available to guide club leaders through the portal.
What to Expect
July 1: Online Payment Portal Opens
July 31: Dues Payment Deadline
August 1: A late fee of $50 USD will be assessed for unpaid dues balance.
September 1: An additional late fee of $100 will be assessed for unpaid dues balance.
Club presidents, treasurers, administrators, and region office staff will be able to access the portal to complete the following tasks:
Please Do:
Update club rosters with updated contact information and terminations.
Use English characters only.
If mailing or wiring payment, please update rosters first to match the payment.
Include the member's name on backup documentation.
Transfer members: If a member is active in another club, please note that they are a transfer member.
Print/save your club roster for your records.
Please Don’t:
Generate a 2026-2027 club dues invoice prior to or pay dues before July 1 (the dues amount will not be correct for the new club year).
Generate a club invoice before ensuring your roster is accurate.
Add members for the new club year (2026-2027) prior to July 1.
Region governors, governors-elect and treasurers will have access to view and print/save all club rosters within their region.
How You Can Prepare Now
Practice logging in to your portal account now to ensure you have the right login and password. If you need help, please email us at siahq@soroptimist.org.
Collect valid email addresses for every member on your roster. Each member must have a unique, valid email address to complete their profile and ensure your roster is fully validated.
Ensure the members will continue their membership. If they terminate and then return in the 2026-2027 club year, they will have to return as a new member and pay a new member fee.
