Represent SI at Upcoming CSW70

SI invites members who are interested in attending the 70th session on the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70) to complete an interest survey by November 17. Join an International Movement: 16 Days of Activism

The 16 Days of Activism to Eliminate Violence Against Women (EVAW), an annual international campaign calling for the elimination of violence against women and girls, will run from November 25 to December 10. Learn more.

  • Congratulations to clubs celebrating a milestone anniversary this November! 

  • Soroptimist International (SI) has approved new, more inclusive Board and Committee structure launching January 1, 2026. If you’re interested in representing SIA on an SI Committee, learn more.

  • The annual Development Dispatch recognizes all members, supporters and clubs who generously donated in 2024-2025. President Sue Riney shares some words of thanks and honors all those who stepped up to help make tremendous impact last year.

  • The Simply Voting electronic ballot platform for SIA Board of Directors is now open in the following Electoral Areas and regions. The ballot system closes on January 6.

  • Did you know archived issues of Best for Women are available on our blog? Check them out! You can also access this section when you click “Best for Women” at the top of the blog.

  • Did you know that utilizing diverse perspectives can also help make better decisions? Studies show that organizations that embrace diversity are more innovative, successful and resilient. Check out these #SIALeadtoAchieve tip to harness the power of diversity within your team. 

  • All Soroptimist clubs in the United States are required to file a version of Form 990 annually with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Read the blog for more information and resources!
